F.A.Q

Q: Why is the initial 20% payment non-refundable?

A: To ensure that only those who are really interested and who are already prepared to order reserve the slot, avoiding inconveniences that could disrupt my schedule and the process of other orders.

Q: I understand that payment must be made in advance, and that I will not be refunded once the artwork has started. But what if I don't like the result?

A: By looking at my portfolio, you can already have a preview of the result of my work, because although each art has its difference, the quality always remains the same. I always ask for as much information as possible before starting the art, so that I understand what the client wants and there is no doubt. My creation process is collaborative, that is, the client is updated on every step, and is entitled to a certain number of changes to adjust details that went unnoticed. All this already guarantees customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, once the artwork is finished, no refunds are possible. Therefore, good communication during the process is extremely important, as is being sure of what you really want in the art.Check out some feedback on my work here.

Q: I would like to print the artwork, but I see that you are not responsible for the printing results. How do I guarantee that the print will come out with proper colors?

A: Small differences are totally normal and unavoidable, but if you are viewing art on a poorly configured or defective screen, the result will be completely different from what you see on the screen. Another reason for a print to come out with very different colors is the printer is misconfigured/calibrated, or the color mode is not compatible with the type of print. CMYK (Coated Fogra 39) is the main color mode used, but some types of printing require it to be in RGB, so I send two files to customers. Before printing, make sure your monitor or smartphone displays colors correctly and at the proper brightness. Always ask the print shop about which color mode and which file is used in the type of printing you have chosen. It's also important that you do test prints, even if it's a smaller size, so if the result is very different from what you see on screen, I can adjust the colors again before you order the final print.
